Tsar是一个信息采集工具，能够收集服务器信息，如cpu、load等，以及应用信息，如tengine、haproxy等。

数据可以保存在本地磁盘，或者输出到Mysql，也可以和nagios进行打通，自动进行报警。

通过自定义的Tsar模块，可以方便的采集自己关注的数据，并使用tsar的所有特性。
